This wine was produced using the classic method of ice wines. It has a deep red colour with a pleasant and complex nose which opens with raspberries, figs, chocolate, plums and lychee notes. The same characteristics are replicated on the palate, as well as a good acidity which gives it a lovely freshness that stimulates your taste buds. Can be served as a dessert wine or simply as a digestive.
